I think I would have preferred the episode about the investigation to be this episode and had it lead into the creation of the power up when they start having issues with fires popping up to far spread out around the city. Maybe not even debut the form this episode and make it a 2 parter lead into next week. I know we have moved away from the 2 episode formula but I think that a power up should have 2 episodes dedicated to it. Don't even need to change the fireman subplot just make it a little more deliberate. Like boondario was working on this after seeing the photo but now he will finish it and give it to Taiya.

I really liked this episode, i just didn't think this was a good episode for a power up, because it wasn't even need it, it felt forced. I think it made more sense, when he was fighting max rex.

Last year kingohger power up was so important it end up replacing the main suit like kiva. Violet’s mecha can be taken apart like lego, so it might imply it’ll combine in to a bigger final mecha later.

I did not expect the battlelizer as I do not normally watch episode previews so it was a good surprise.

The new toy look like red buster mecha.

I thought the fireman dream was going to be a misunderstanding and the drawing was from some kid Taiya helped. That would have been funny but we got get a decent story for the power up instead.

It’s Turbo time

This was a great episode, the debut of the Battleizer was just (Chef's kiss) Perfect, honestly one of the greater Battleizer premieres in Sentai or PR. Just everything from the fight choreography, the cinematography, to the music all brilliant! Upon seeing it in action, the suit is starting to grow on me. I mainly like how the back of the helmet resembles a firefighter's helmet. Also, the blaster is voice by Masaaki Endoh.(The dude who sings the Opening.) The context for why they went with a figherfighter theme is just great.(Also another drawing had Taiya riding a lion, great foreshadowing for the Leo Rescue Zord.) The B plot with Genba being the Candy detective was alright.

Comic magazines made a comeback this year, it would be cool if the Power Rangers comics also ran their own oversized bi-monthly anthology. It could have multi part stories, funny one shots, essays about the power rangers shows and comics over the years, interviews with cast, etc.

What if we did a "MMPR" series where its the rangers teaming up with different teams. Similar to Gokaiger. This would get other seasons into the spot light again and if it's written well maybe get people to start liking them. It would also be an excuse to sell non MMPR season toys as a show would be out that includes those characters. You could even label it as MMPR X Insert Season Here. That way it still has that MMPR marketing while also promoting the other season.
